Design of a 270MHz GBW Two-Stage Amplifier
This paper presents the implementation of a twostage amplifier with 270MHz GBW and 72dB open-loop gain. The amplifier operates with 61-degree phase margin, 110V/us slew rate and 624uW power consumption in simulation.
